SENIOR FINANCIAL ADVISOR


We are looking for a results-driven, entrepreneurial-minded professional to join United Benefits in providing top-tier financial services for federal employees.

General Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building and managing the financial planning team
  • Assess client needs to provide a comprehensive financial plan
  • Manage relationships and ensure the satisfaction of clients
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create appropriate marketing messages
  • Assist retirement specialists in the retirement planning process
  • Design and implement processes to ensure the long-term success of the department

Job Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and result driven
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently on daily tasks and projects
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Experience in finance industry preferred
  • Degree in related field (finance, economics, business, accounting)
  • Series 65 license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Financial planning: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Series 65
