SENIOR FINANCIAL ADVISOR
We are looking for a results-driven, entrepreneurial-minded professional to join United Benefits in providing top-tier financial services for federal employees.
General Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building and managing the financial planning team
- Assess client needs to provide a comprehensive financial plan
- Manage relationships and ensure the satisfaction of clients
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create appropriate marketing messages
- Assist retirement specialists in the retirement planning process
- Design and implement processes to ensure the long-term success of the department

Job Requirements:
- Highly motivated and result driven
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently on daily tasks and projects
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Experience in finance industry preferred
- Degree in related field (finance, economics, business, accounting)
- Series 65 license

Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
