We are seeking an outgoing and energetic licensed Property and Casualty Agent to join our team at our Home Office in Florence, Alabama. You will be responsible for assisting the National Director of Property and Casualty in providing services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Contact leads, as well as asking for referrals, and building a network to grow their book of business
• Consult with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs
• Educating clients and prospects about their coverage needs and options
• Collect information to maintain accurate records and provide quotes
• Utilize Salesforce to track tasks
• Create and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention
• Meeting sales targets and quotas

Requirements:

• Must have an active Alabama Property and Casualty insurance license
• Must have an active Insurance Producer License
• Life and Health License is a plus
• Must have experience in the insurance industry
• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders
• Strong desire to serve and help others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Outgoing, energetic and self-motivated attitude
• Ability to utilize technology to perform job functions
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 per year
